Buying a Website
- Refunds Before Transfer: Buyers are eligible for a refund if requested before the transfer of domain and hosting details has begun. Once the transfer process starts, the sale is considered final, and no refunds will be issued.
- Final Sale After Transfer: Once the website, including the domain and hosting, is transferred, the transaction is complete and non-refundable. Ownership and control over the digital asset are fully assumed by the buyer, making reversal impractical.
- Ranking Changes Post-Transfer: Google rankings can fluctuate due to algorithm updates, SEO practices, or competition. We provide the website in its current condition, but rankings are not guaranteed to remain stable. No refunds will be issued due to ranking changes.
Renting a Website
- Refunds During Rental Period: We have an ROI guarantee. If our website does not meet your ROI expectations, you may request a refund within the first 14 days of the rental agreement. After this period, refunds will not be available, as resources have already been allocated for your service.
- Cancellation Notice: If you wish to cancel your rental agreement, please provide a written notice 30 days in advance. No refunds will be issued for any remaining time in the current billing cycle.
- Performance and Rankings: Website performance, including rankings, may fluctuate over time. We do our best to provide a well-optimized website, but we cannot guarantee performance metrics. As such, no refunds will be provided based on performance changes.
Building a Custom Website
- Refunds Before Development Begins: A refund may be requested if the project is canceled before development work has begun. Once we start working on the website, refunds will not be available due to the time, effort, and resources invested in the project.
- Milestone-Based Payments: For custom-built websites, payments are divided into milestones. Refunds are not available for completed milestones, but you may choose to discontinue future milestones if desired. Each completed milestone is considered final.
General Policies
- Due Diligence Encouraged: We encourage all customers to conduct due diligence before proceeding with purchases, rentals, or development services. Understanding the website’s condition, SEO practices, and performance is crucial before committing.
- Ownership & Responsibility: Once ownership of a website is transferred or a rental agreement is initiated, the customer assumes full responsibility for its management, content, and performance. We provide support within the scope of our services, but any issues arising after transfer are beyond our control.
- No Chargebacks: By agreeing to our terms, you waive the right to initiate chargebacks or disputes after the website has been transferred or service initiated. All sales are final once the transfer or delivery is complete.
